Agama Technologies (www.agama.tv) introduced its Analyzer eQAM product, a key part of the IBC launch of version 3.6 of the company's DTV Monitoring Solution. The Analyzer eQAM is a tailored monitoring probe for real-time quality assurance of cable TV architectures with edge QAM deployments and mixed cable/IP environments.The DTV Monitoring Solution is designed for automated, 24/7 real-time end-to-end monitoring of live TV and VOD service quality. The solution customized for cable operators includes the Analyzer FLEX for real-time monitoring of DTV service quality throughout the delivery chain; Analyzer eQAM for real-time quality assurance of cable TV services through and at edge QAMs and for hybrid cable/IP environments; Embedded Monitoring for real-time monitoring of QoE, QoS, service usage and system parameters on every set-top box; and Enterprise Server, the central hub of the solution, which correlates and presents monitoring information to provide users and business support systems throughout an operators organization with customized views of the information they need.
