Entone is promoting its FusionTV service as a legal alternative to Aereo-style premium pay TV services. FusionTV, offered through broadband service providers, is intended to combine over-the-air (OTA) and over-the-top (OTT) video services bundled with broadband Internet. In markets where copyright agreements have been secured, particularly those outside the United States, FusionTV supports the delivery of live TV over the open Internet.

Entone's FusionTV service is intended for service providers who have chosen not to provide a premium pay TV service, but still want to offer a video-centric broadband tier.
