Amino Communications is partnering with Opera Software in the delivery of the new Amino TV App Store for its Live Home Media Centre. It's powered by Opera Software's HTML5-based Opera TV Store application platform and provides free apps in a new service layer for pay TV operators.The Amino TV App Store offers "lean-back" content accessible by a standard TV remote, including Vimeo, Dailymotion channels and gaming, entertainment and infotainment apps. An Amino API enables the app store to be integrated with a range of middleware solutions. Operators can also customize the app store experience - selecting which apps to provide, adding their own apps and creating an app storefront with their own branding.
