Netflix Launches Recommendation Engine

According to its corporate blog, Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX) is rolling out a recommendation engine for its streaming video service. Dubbed "post-play," the engine minimizes show credits and tees up the next selection, such as the next episode of a TV series or movies related to the one that just finished. Post-play is available on the PS3 and Netflix's Web site, and is expected to be available on other devices soon.In other Netflix news, the OTT video provider announced plans to launch its streaming video service in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland before the end of 2012.
