SeaChange Unleashes Video App Contest

SeaChange International (NASDAQ:SEAC) has issued a call for software developers to bring the next big idea in personal video applications to the first Unleash Video Codefest, Sept. 29-30, in Cambridge, MA. The Unleash Video Codefest encourages competing teams to fast-track their app concepts for tablet, smart phone, TV and other devices through an environment of intensive collaboration and professional guidance into working prototypes for prizes.A judges' panel and codefest peers will determine the winning teams in three categories. Undergraduate, graduate and professional team winners for Best Application will receive Microsoft Xbox/Kinect game bundles or Visa gift cards. The team producing the Best User Interface will be rewarded with Amazon Kindle Fires.
