Coincident Takes Interactivity Geek-Free

April 18, 2012
At the NAB Show, Coincident announced Coincident Create, a new interactive video authoring tool designed to enable content owners and distributors, as well as their partners and vendors, to create interactive video experiences without depending on Flash or professional programmers. It features a drag-and-drop interface and requires no special programming or coding expertise. It's also designed to build second-screen companion apps to run on iPads, Android tablets, iPhones and Android phones, as it integrates with Coincident's ScreenSync TV, a two-screen solution intended for synchronization of tablet content to cable broadcast or on-demand linear TV content. ScreenSync TV was chosen as the "Best New Idea Most Likely to Succeed" in the cable market as part of an informal polling conducted at the CableLabs Winter Conference in March.
