Netflix Relaunches DVD-Only Service

In this blog post, Netflix announced the return of its DVD-only plan. The OTT video provider added streaming video to its original mail-order DVD plan in 2008, hiked rates last July, and then tried unsuccessfully to separate the DVD business under the Qwikster moniker last September.
