TiVo has entered into a licensing agreement with AT&T AdWorks, a digital media company within AT&T. The agreement is intended to provide TiVo with anonymous and aggregate AT&T U-Verse and TiVo households viewing data to improve elements of its research and advertising inventory offerings.
