Espial Takes Multiscreen to Moscow

Espial will demonstrate its latest end-to-end TV Everywhere solution at CSTB 2012 on Feb. 7-9 in Moscow. Company demos will showcase the Media Service Platform and MediaBase solutions.The Espial Media Service Platform is designed to allow carriers to create, introduce, manage, and monetize a unified video experience across multiscreen devices. Enabling delivery of a range of video applications from the cloud, the platform capabilities include system administration, unified authentication, authorization across devices and an application toolkit. It can be used for live TV, time-shift TV services, and VOD services across tablets, mobile phones, desktop PCs, and smart TVs.Espial's MediaBase on-demand video platform is designed to support TV Everywhere services including live TV streaming, time-shift TV services, remote storage DVR services and VOD. With its recently introduced HTTP-adaptive streaming capabilities, Espial MediaBase is now available in several new configurations including origin servers, Internet servers, and unified servers. It features a content delivery networking engine, which is configurable using the Espial MediaBase Manager.
