Netflix Glitch Still a Mystery

It's all fun and games until the streaming video doesn't work. Last night, Netflix went down for a few hours due to an unknown glitch that the company referred to as "rare." Netflix reports that service was fully restored, but gave no details on just what technical rarities took the service down.
