Chinese cable operator Henan Cable has deployed Motorola Mobility's solid-state multiscreen M3 Media Server for both VOD and network digital video recording (nDVR). The deployment is intended to provide a VOD content delivery network for Henan's more than 3.6 million subscribers. Henan Cable also plans to expand its VOD system on the Moto servers later this year.
