Ericsson has extended its VOD footprint in China with a number of new deployments, including a system for Wuhu CATV, a cable operator serving Anhui province.Wuhu CATV, which offers more than 100 TV channels to more than 300,000 consumers, is deploying a system that includes Ericsson's OpenStream Digital Services Platform, enabling it to offer time-shifted TV and networked PVR (nPVR).
