IneoQuest says it continues to lead the video quality and service assurance market with new technology and solutions supporting HTTP based adaptive streaming video that is being delivered to multiple screens (IP-enabled TVs, computers, and mobile devices). The new IQDialogue ASM is a next-generation probe used to analyze, monitor and troubleshoot adaptive streaming protocols and CDN networks. IQDialogue ASM passively monitors publishing traffic between the encoders and HTTP origin servers, post origin and caching servers providing complete insight into the delivery of the video from source to edge. IQDialogue allows service providers in commissioning these new service delivery networks and providing 24/7 service assurance post deployment. The insights include the availability of the service across the CDN, per user-session metrics and diagnostics, patented VeriStream metric, a QOS metric for Adaptive streaming that isolates the cause of any delivery issues, and much more, says Ineoquest.
