Business acquisition
Osicom Technologies Inc. in Santa Monica, CA, has acquired Rockwell Network Systems from Rockwell International Corp. for $11 million. Osicom intends to integrate the company with its Meret Optical Communications subsidiary. The acquisition is expected to boost Osicom`s revenues to more than $35 million for the fiscal year ending January 31, 1997.
