Perry, chairman and acting chief executive officer, the action was taken in order to consolidate manufacturing operations in accordance with ongoing cost-reduction initiatives designed to improve efficiency and better position c-cor in the global market. Activities at Reedsville were transferred to State College and Tipton, PA. As a result, c-cor?s workforce was reduced by approximately 145 employees.
