Broadwing and Telseon join to extend all-optical Gigabit Ethernet access
Broadwing Communications, a wholly owned subsidiary of the optical communications provider Broadwing Inc. (NYSE: BRW), announced a strategic agreement with Telseon, which combines Telseon's metro Optical Gigabit Ethernet services with Broadwing's nationwide Optical Gigabit Ethernet services giving customers coast-to-coast Optical Gigabit Ethernet access. The companies are entering trials of these services in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Seattle, Miami and Denver.
