Williams (Tulsa, OK) announced plans to provide switched voice services, including a full suite of long-distance services, to the wholesale carrier and reseller market by June. Williams will enter the switched services market using Nortel Networks` (Brampton, ON, Canada) high-speed voice and data switches in its backbone network.
