Circa Enterprises Inc. of Calgary, AB, Canada, has executed a conditional letter of intent for the acquisition of Spoval Co. Inc. of Spokane, WA. Spoval is a developer and manufacturer of fiber-optic enclosure products for the voice/data network connectivity and telecommunications marketplaces. The transaction is expected to consist of cash, preferred shares, and common shares equivalent to US$850,000, plus a three-year profit-sharing plan.
