Digi International Inc. (Minnetonka, MN) signed definitive agreements to purchase privately held ITK International (Dortmund, Germany) for $25 million and privately held Central Data Corp. (Champaign, IL) for $18 million. Both acquisitions received approval from the board of directors of each company and shareholders from ITK and Central Data.
