Business acquisition

Tektronix Inc., Wilsonville, OR, has acquired Chelmsford, MA-based Microwave Logic Inc., a broadband communications test equipment maker that manufactures products for high-performance gigabit-rate transmission systems. The company is a leader in synchronous optical network/synchronous digital hierarchy jitter and wander testing and has recently launched its first asynchronous transfer mode product.
