Communications Supply Corp. (CSC--Chicago, IL) completed its purchase of Fibertron Corp. (Buena Park, CA), a specialty distributor of fiber-optic products for private and public fiber-network markets. On a combined basis, CSC and Fibertron are expected to have annualized sales approaching $300 million. This acquisition is the fifth completed by CSC in less than two years, giving CSC 21 branch locations and approximately 500 associates throughout North America.
