FIBERSTAMP’s 800G QSFP-DD DR8 is a transceiver module designed for 500m optical communication applications, and they are compliant to QSFP-DD MSA, IEEE 802.3 protocol. The silicon photonics transceiver is based on a new state-of-the-art silicon photonics (SiPh) platform. It has been designed to meet the harshest external operating conditions including temperature, humidity and EMI interference. The module offers very high functionality and feature integration, accessible via a two-wire serial interface.

- Speed of up to 800Gbps
- Compliant with OSFP MSA and IEEE 802.3cm 800GBASE-SR8 Ethernet standards
- 8-channel 100Gb/s PAM4 850nm VCSEL transmitters and PIN receivers
- Embedded DSP chips in both receive and transmit channels
- With FEC enabled, can achieve a maximum transmission distance of up to 100m over multimode fibers
- MPO pigtail fiber
- Commercial-grade operating temperature range from 0 to 60 degrees Celsius
- Power supply voltage of 3.3V
- Compliant with RoHS environmental standards (lead-free)
