OSA 1000 Series Optical Spectrum Analyzer
The OSA 1000 Series is a grating-based optical spectrum analyzer designed for spectral test and measurement of optical sources, amplifiers, transceivers, and passive components.
As a 2-slot PXI module or compact benchtop instrument, it supports dense, automated test systems that reduce footprint and cost while delivering stable, repeatable performance in high-volume production.
The OSA 1000 Series is available in multiple wavelength ranges - different models align to specific application requirements - providing cost-effective, targeted performance.
