Al-Harbi Telecom turns to NTG for operations/business support system

NTG Clarity Networks Inc. has reached a deal with a KSA's International Telecom services provider, Al-Harbi Telecom, to deploy its NTS OSS/BSS system to manage Al-Harbi's growing Telecom business.

With a large number of corporate customers on its national and International network, Al-Harbi Telecom has been targeting functionality that supports the integration of its network operating center (NOC) and its network with the full operations cycle to deliver an enhanced customer experience.

NTG's Network Telecom System (NTS) is an integrated operations/business support system (OSS/BSS) with a lower total cost of ownership and a significantly shorter deployment time than conventional OSS systems. Designed to meet the needs of fast growing network operators and network service providers, such as Al-Harbi Telecom, NTS' functionality encompasses the full customer service cycle from the initial order request through network equipment configuration to implementation support, billing, and maintenance, explains a representative.
