The company says the products, the FBE Probe Microscope and the HD2 Handheld Display, raise the standard for economical performance in optical inspection.

Combined, the products comprise the company's FBE-S Access Solution kits. Pricing for the kits starts at $1250. The FBE Probe Microscope is available in either 200x or 400x versions and includes a range of inspection tips used for the most common applications. The company says that new features of its HD2 Handheld Display include a battery-saving GripSwitch power mode, a high-contrast 3.5-inch LCD screen, and the option to use alkaline batteries.

The company's FBP-SE Precision Solution kits combine the HD2 display with the company's P1 (200x) or P5 (200x/400x) probe microscopes. The company says these kits offer access to its catalog of over 120 inspection tips, and are priced starting at $1600.

The company is also offering new combinations of its FBP-S Premier Solution kits, which combine the P1 or P5 probe with the HD1 3.5-inch LCD display with integrated Li-Ion battery. These kits also include a selection of precision stainless steel tips, and are priced starting at $2430.
