Sonet/SDH/ATM transceiver

The S3028A transceiver supports Sonet OC-12 and OC-3 wan/lan interface standards. It integrates all serialization/deserialization circuitry in conformance with Sonet/sdh/atm transmission standards. The chip meets ansi, Bellcore and itu-t specifications at selectable reference frequencies ranging from 19.44 to 77.76 MH¥and operates from a 5V power supply. The transceiver is priced at $39 per unit, in OEM quantities of 1000.
