dsc Communications Corp. of Plano, TX, is implementing an extension framework agreement with Telekomunikacja Debicka SA, one of the new telecommunications operators within the Central European Telecommunications Investment group of public network service providers in Poland. Under the multimillion dollar agreement, dsc will supply Synchronous Digital Hierarchy transmission and multiplexing equipment, providing the Telekomunikacja Debicka with a more competitive network structure.
