InGaAs pin

The gca-90-0565 epoxy-free high optical return loss pin suits applications in which backreflections from the photodiode create laser instability problems. A range of specifications is available, with responsivity of 0.90A/W and with a return loss in excess of 60 dB. The pigtail package has an operating temperature of -40° to +85°C. The standard pigtail is 1 m long and is terminated with an fc/apc connector, although other options are available. The pin diode has a capacitance of 0.8 pF. Dark current is 1 nA. The package is 35 mm long, including the fiber strain relief, and has a maximum diameter of 7.5 mm.
