    Fibre Channel transceivers

    The fmm 4017 ka/kb and fmm 4018 ka/kb Fibre Channel GaAs integrated circuit transceivers operate at 1.0625 Gbits/sec and are compatible with ansi X3T11. They feature 0.55W power consumption with a 3.3V single power supply using the thermally enhanced qfp 64 molded package with heat sink. The devices have less than 10-psec jitter and are available in 10- or 14-mm packages.
