Inline fiber-optic polarizers

Inline fiber-optic polarizers have minimum extinction ratios of 25 dB, many exceeding 30 dB with input/output fiber configurations. Extinction ratios are greater than 40 dB, and insertion loss is less than 1 dB. Extinction ratios, input/output fiber configurations, and operating wavelengths can be designed according to customer specifications. The 60 ¥ 3-mm diameter devices are light, ruggedized, and environmentally stable.
