The Model 9101 lan chassis accommodates 10- and 100-Mbit/sec media converters and transceivers. The chassis supports up to 12 of the company`s 8800 Series Ethernet or 9100 Series Fast Ethernet transceivers and media converters. An optional redundant power supply with automatic switchover is available. The 19-inch-wide unit comes in five configurations: 9101-0 (without power supply for Model 8814); 9101-1 (with 115/230V AC power supply); 9101-2 (with redundant 115/230V AC power supply); 9101-3 (with single -48V DC power supply); and 9101-4 (with redundant -48V DC power supply).
