Laser-diode driver

The AV-1011A-C pulse-generator laser-diode driver features ieee-488.2 gpib control. The 4 ¥ 17 ¥ 15-inch device functions as a general purpose 5V, 1-MHz laboratory pulse generator, as a 2-, 4-, or 8-amp laser-diode driver, and in other applications. The pulsewidth, delay, and advance are variable up to 1 ms, and the rise and fall times are fixed at <10 nm (٠ nm for Model AV-1011B-C). A four-line character backlit lcd displays the output amplitude, polarity, pulsewidth, pulse repetition frequency, source resistance, and delay.
