    A closing tool for the masssleeve 12-fiber mass fusion-splice cover has a removable installed base and can be installed directly onto a fusion-splicing machine. The 85 ¥ 50 ¥ 23-mm tool (not including the base) has a magnetic holder for fused fibers and can be used by left- or right-handed operators.
