Optical polishers

The PM5 auto-pol and the PM5 auto-lap/pol are precision lapping and polishing machines for use in photonics applications, including electro-optics, fiber optics, lasers, and optoelectronics. A single-workstation automated polishing machine, the PM5 auto-pol is used for flat polishing, planarization, and delayering processes on a number of materials. The PM5 auto-lap/pol has both automatic lapping and polishing-plate flatness control.
