Frontier Corp. (Rochester, NY) expanded its facilities-based local service area to include Seattle, WA; Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA; and Chicago, IL, on its OOptronicsO network. In addition to the recent expansion, Frontier has already installed switches in New York City, Boston, and Minneapolis. At press time, a switch was also scheduled to come on-line in Cleveland, OH.
