The 30-GHz SD-48 optical-to-electrical converter is designed for characterizing the pulse shape of OC-192 and stm-64 optical signals in both performance and conformance testing. The conversion gain is 15 mV/mW3. The converter provides functionality with the company`s csa803 and 11800 Series sampling oscilloscopes and tds Series digitizing oscilloscopes. It is priced at $9995; a reference receiver option costs $3000.
