NZ Applied Technologies Inc. (nzat?Woburn, MA) entered into an agreement with Corning Inc. (Corning, NY) under which nzat will develop and supply Corning with evaluation quantities of certain photonic components. The components are targeted for use in Corning?s dense wavelength-division multiplexed optical communications product development. The components use nzat?s photonic device technology and packaging architecture.
