Tellabs (Lisle, IL) will supply its MartisDXX managed access and transport network solution to the data-communications network of the Beijing Telecommunications Administration (BTA--Beijing). The system will be deployed initially in the network of Beijing Telephone Bureau, a subsidiary of BTA. The MartisDXX system provides internal operation and maintenance with a managed transmission platform for carrying data traffic.
