Washington Water Power, Spokane, WA, has formed the data-communications company wwp Fiber. The new company has installed more than 1000 route-mi of fiber-optic cable for businesses and schools around the region. wwp Fiber will offer the following services to customers inside and outside the inland Northwest: dark fiber leases using multimode and singlemode fiber-optic cabling; lit fiber services for private network connection; cable design, management, and installation; Internet connections; local-area and wide-area network design; and network management and design.
