Laser-diode modules

The laser-diode modules are suitable for use in digital data-transmission systems up to 622 Mbits/sec. The three modules--the fld3c5hf FP laser diode, fld3c5hf-b FP laser diode, and fld3f8hf distributed-feedback laser diode--come in a coaxial package with three floating leads. They are used for 20-pin type transmitters.
