Fiber Bragg grating laser

The 1000 fbg is an industrial KrF excimer laser designed for fiber Bragg grating fabrication in the production line environment. The 1000 fbg delivers 150 mJ per pulse, at a repetition rate of 200 Hz, when operated at 248 nm. Its single dimension unstable resonator results in spatial coherence to 3 mm, and the manufacturer assures excellent beam homogeneity and long-term stability, long mean time between failure, and short mean time to repair.
