tra-cast 3143 is a room temperature curing casting material for optoelectronic and other electronic casting applications. This low-viscosity material is flame-resistant and is Yellow Card listed to UL-94V0. According to the manufacturer, this epoxy does not cause excess stress to parts and will not crack in large castings. The material is packaged in 2 or larger bipax kits, quarts, gallons, and premixed and frozen syringes or cartridges.
