Oven-controlled crystal oscillators

Surface-mount, oven-controlled crystal oscillators are available in frequencies from 10 to 25 MHz. The oscillators provide an aging rate of 1 ¥ 10-7/year with temperature stabilities from ۭ ¥ 10-8 over 0 to 70 C and operate from a ۯV supply steady power of 125 mA. Phase noise at 100 Hz is -135 dBc/Hz. The Model ocxo-6000 is packaged as a surface-mount device, measuring 1 ¥ 1 ¥ 0.5 inches (25.4 mm ¥ 25.4 mm ¥ 10.5 mm). Applications for ocxos include telecommunications, data communications, and frequency synthesizers.
