Frontier also plans to realign its customer-care center in Detroit, MI, and focus on high-end business customers with sophisticated needs. Calls from small to medium-sized business customers will be directed to customer-care centers in Billings, MN, and Green Bay, WI. The Rochester center will handle consumer inquiries. Frontier expects the transition to conclude by mid-1998. Previously, it addressed its customer service geographically.
