Global Crossing selects eScene Networks to provide internal communication solution

eScene Networks, Inc., a provider of advanced streaming media applications and solutions for business, announced that Global Crossing Ltd. will implement eScene's application, StreamLine 2.0, for use in managing company wide video communication online.

eScene Networks, Inc., a provider of advanced streaming media applications and solutions for business, announced that Global Crossing Ltd. (NYSE:GX) will implement eScene's application, StreamLine 2.0, for use in managing company wide video communication online. Using StreamLine 2.0, Global Crossing will increase the availability, quality and consistency of information for its employees.

Global Crossing provides integrated telecommunications solutions over a global IP-based fiber optic network. Identifying the need to effectively communicate with its large number of employees in various locations, Global Crossing selected StreamLine 2.0 to centrally manage a current library of video, audio, slide presentations, and other rich media content for on-demand access. In addition, StreamLine 2.0's viewer tracking feature enables Global Crossing to monitor content usage.
