Series SAP-8 FC connectors feature pre-assembled, one-piece construction and a key-adjustment mechanism. Performance is rated at less than 0.25-dB typical for insertion loss and a return loss of -55 dB typical. The nickel-brass connectors include a singlemode zirconia ceramic pre-dome ferrule with a concentricity less than 1.0 micron and accommodate 3- and 0.9-mm fiber types.
