Osicom Technologies Inc., Santa Monica, CA, has acquired Dynair Electronics, San Diego, for an undisclosed sum. Dynair designs and manufactures digital and analog switching systems and fiber-optic transmission products. Osicom`s other subsidiaries--Meret Optical Communications Inc. and Catel Telecommunications Inc.--produce fiber-optic and communications products for broadcast, cable TV, cable and fiber-to-the-curb installations.
