Laser diode and photodiode modules

ODS485 laser diode and ODS486 photodiode modules are used for ATM, fiber-in-the- loop and Sonet applications. Operating at speeds to 622 Mbits/sec, the devices are available with SC/PC or FC/PC connectors. The modules are packaged in 10-pin, surface-mount, ceramic housing.
