Transmitter/receiver modules

High-speed digital, emitter-coupled logic-compatible fiber-optic transmitters and receivers operate at 1550- and 1310-nm wavelengths. Available as links or sold separately, these modules cover data rates from 0.5 Mbits/sec to 3 Gbits/sec. Packaged in 1.9ٲ.97ٲ.73-inch housing, the modules feature a microstrip to coaxial-cable interconnect and 2-milliwatt peak coupled laser power. PC-board or flange-mount versions are available.
