Shared ownership

Lasertron, Burlington, MA, is expanding its involvement in the management of and doubling its equity ownership of Wuhan Telecommunication Devices Co., a manufacturer and supplier of fiber-optic components to the China Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. The new agreement provides for the ownership to be equally shared between Lasertron and Wuhan Optical Communication Technologies Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications.
